Step 4: Report to Malaysian Sec Com

As an additional step in our efforts against the criminals behind Swisscash, we should also aid the Malaysian Securities Commision in their already on-going investigations on Swisscash and its perpetrators. They have already made several breakthroughs, and with more help from the global community and the FBI, they will uncover more and more about the real criminals.

Submit as much information that you think might be helpful, even if it is just a name or contact number. Some uplines may oppose this move, but we downlines should not be discouraged by their threats. Many uplines have made lots and lots of money from Swisscash because of their early joining. It is the downlines, especially the new ones who are suffering. We are receiving emails from people who have used life savings or loaned or borrowed money to invest in Swisscash, after being led on by promoters who themselves profited from us joining. If your upline wants to help out, good on them. If not, you yourself should step forward.

No longer do we need to suffer in silence. Let our voice be heard!

P/S: Just so you know, promotion of an investment fund without a license (let alone a scam) in most countries, is a very serious offence. I hope this will awaken and embolden all suffering Swisscash investors to step forward. Email us at peoplevsswisscash@gmail.com

Step 3: Inform the Media

People may not realise it, but authorities are actually glad that the public step forward and be proactive in reporting about Swisscash or any scam. By making a scam public knowledge, everyone is alerted of it, and thus everyone has a better chance of protecting themselves. So do your fellow countrymen a favour and inform the media about the Swisscash scam and its spin-offs.
Tell the newspapers, television, radio, magazines and email all your family, friends and colleagues who were affected to do the same or even visit the People VS Swisscash website. You will alert other investors who have been dormant, dulled by the long silent but now futile wait. An avalanche of reports will get the media's attention, and as a result, the authorities will also take the scam's investigation seriously.

If Swisscash was a real company, it would step up. Many like myself would actually like to see it step forward. Then it will be clear if Swisscash is real or a scam. Though, if you are here, you already know the answer. All the best, and one day we will take those criminals to justice!
